Early morning, proceed to Nuwara Eliya through Ramboda Pass – Beautiful Scenery, 6187 ft. above sea level – tea carpetted hills, Ramboda waterfall (329 ft)Hakgala Botanical Gardens. Back to Colombo through Ginigathhena. May stop for lunch at Kithulgala, location of the famous film Bridge on the River Kwai. Now getting famous for white-water rafting in the Kelani river with encounters of grade 2 & 3 rapids.

Negombo – Habarana
After breakfast travel to Habarana, visiting Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage on the way, an institution that has been looking after orphaned or injured elephants for many years.If you leave the Hotel early enough you can watch babies elephants that are milk fed and elephants that are bathing in the river. After that drive to Dabulla Golden Rock cave temple dating back to the 1st century BC caves including 157 Buddha statues and fascination ceiling paint depicting life time of Buddha. Overnight stay in Habarana.

Habarana – polonnaruwa
After breakfast proceed to polonnaruwa medieval capital Sri Lanka very well preserved rock cut Buddha statues in galviharaya, citadel monuments, image houses, huge dagabas, Hindu temples beautiful paints and ancient monasteries, overnight stay in polonnaruwa.

Polonnaruwa – Sigiriya
After an early breakfast drive to Sigiriya Lion Rock which was built by King Kashapa in the 5th century,which is a complex of building parts of the Royal Palace fortified town and most attractive fresco paintings. In the evening elephant riding. Overnight stay in Sigiriya.
Day05
Sigiriya – Trincomali – Nilaweli
Leave Sigiriya, drive to Trincomali, visit the Fort Fredrick was built by the Portuguese in 1623. Later captured by Dutch and after that captured by British in 1795. The famous Koneswaram Temple is located inside this fort. This Hindu temple earlier known as the Temple of a Thousand Pillars. Overnight stay in Nilaweli.

Nilaweli
Spend the day either snorkeling, scuba diving or sunbathing on the soft sandy beach in Nilaweli.
Day07
Nilaweli – kandy
After breakfast drive to Kandy via Matale visiting Matale Hindu temple and MataleAluwiharaya Temple which is the historic location where the Pali Canon was first written down completely in text on Ola (palm) leaves. Aluwiharaya has numerous monastery caves, some of which exhibit fine frescoes .Over night stay in Kandy.

After breakfast explore the Kandy city, which has been the center of the Buddhist faith for a long time, the stunning 17th-century Temple of the Tooth, Peradeniya Botanical Garden, which is well known for its large number and variety of plants. NuwaraEliya – Ella
Early morning around 5.30 drive to Horten Plains National Park, which is the only national park situated in the hill country. Unusual high altitude vegetation and an excellent excursion and a paradise for the nature lovers, hikers and bird watchers. Back to the hotel checking out drive to Ella visiting Sitha Devi Hindu temple and Huggala Botanical Garden is the only Cinchona Plantation and adapted to an experimental garden for the acclimatisation of plants from temperate zones in the tropics. Ella – Tissamaharama
After breakfast drive to Tissamaharama to visit the waterfall coming through green hills and Buduruwagala (stone images of the Buddha) one of the most remarkable spiritual sites located within rocky clearing of a magical dry zone forest that is inhabited by colorful birds and butterflies. In the evening we take a wild safari trip in Yala National Park, the most popular wildlife park where you can see most of the animals which are found in Sri Lanka. Overnight stay in Tissamaharama.

Tissamaharama – Mirissa
After breakfast proceed to Mirissa. The evening can be spent on the breathtaking sandy beach. Overnight stay in Mirissa.

Mirissa – Galle
After breakfast travel to Galle on the way visit the Weligama stick fishing attraction and in the evening a visit to Galle Fort, a well preserved fortified city built by originally by the Dutch. Overnight stay in Galle.

Galle – Negombo
After breakfast drive to Negombo via Colombo on the way visit the turtle hatchery, the traditional mask centre, a city tour in Colombo, and finally overnight stay in Negombo.

Waddagala – Dalhousie (Adams Peak)
After breakfast travel to Kitulgala, feel the adventure of white water rafting and late evening start hiking the 2243 meter peak from Dalhousie. Adams Peak has great significance for different religions. Overnight stay in Dalhousie (Adams Peak).
Day04
Dalhousie-Kandy
Leave from Dalhousie around 11am, drive to Kandy on the way visiting thevery impressive Botanical Garden in Peradeniya. Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day05
Kandy – Pinnawala-Kandy
After breakfast drive to Pinnawala elephant orphanage a government funded home for abandoned, wounded or sick elephants in Sri Lanka. Here you can see baby elephants being hand fed milk at 9.15 A. M. and 1.15 P.M followed by all the elephants trekking down to a nearby river for a dip in the cool running water. After that back to Kandy visiting the sacred Tooth Temple in Kandy and then a spectacular Sri Lankan culture dance show. Overnight stay in Kandy.

Kandy – sigiriya
After breakfast proceed to Sigiriya on the way visit Mathale Hindu temple, and MathaleAluwiharaya the place palibuddhist scriptures were first written down completely in text on Ola (palm) leaves and also the Dabulla Cave Temple which contains statues and paintings related to Buddha and his life spread out over 5 caves. Sigiriya – Kalpitiya
Morning 7 o’ clock visiting sigiriya lion rock where the place 5th century rock fortes and places with its famous frescoes, After breakfast leave sigiriya for the drive to kalpitiya beach. Overnight stay in kalpitiya beach.

Kalpitiya-Negombo
Spend a leisurly morning on the Kalpitiya sandy beach enjoy swimming and sunbathing. In the evening start the drive to Negombo.

Airport – Negombo

Negombo-Anuradhapura
After breakfast drive to Anuradhapura and visit the ancient capital dating from the 3rd century BC. Attractions include the Huge Dagabas, Ruwanwaliseya, Adaygiri, Jethawanarama Monasteries and Isurumuniya Rock Temple. The scared Bo- tree claims to be the oldest documented tree in the world. See the bronzed palaces, monk’s chapter house, ponds and very well preserved rock cut Buddha statues and sculptures. Overnight stay in Anuradhapura.
Day03
Anuradhapura-Polonnaruwa-Sigiriya.
After breakfast proceeds to Polonnaruwa the medieval capital of Sri Lanka. Visit the very well preserved rock cut Buddha statues in Galviharaya, citadel monuments, image houses, huge Dagabas, Hindu temples, beautiful paintings and ancient monasteries. In the afternoon a jeep safari in Kaudulla or Minneriya National Park. Overnight stay in Habarana.
Day04
Sigiriya-Kandy
After breakfast visit the Sigiriya Lion Rock which was built by King Kashapa in the 5th century. These ruins are part of a complex of buildings including the Royal Palace and a fortified town. Also see the famous and very attractive fresco paintings. Return to the hotel. Proceed to the Dabulla Golden Rock Temple which dates back to the 1st century. The cave houses over 150 Buddha Statues and three Sri Lankan Kings and two God and Goddesses’. A large sweeping of color paintings adorns the rock ceiling. Then proceed to Kandy and on the way visit the huge Mathale Hindu Temple. Overnight stay in Kandy.

Kandy-Pinnawala-Kandy
After breakfast proceed to Pinnawala elephant orphanage for bottle feeding of the baby elephants followed by the elephants bathing. On the way to Kandy visit the popular Peradeniya Botanical Garden where there are more than 4,000 species of exotic and indigenous plants used for medicinal and decorative purposes. Kandy-NuwaraEliya

Ella-Tissamaharama
After breakfast drive to Tissamaharama and visit the waterfall coming through green hills. Then see the Buduruwagala (stone images of the Buddha) which is one of the most remarkable spiritual sites located within a rocky clearing of the dry zone forest which is inhabited by colorful birds and butterflies. In the afternoon we take a wild safari trip in Yala National Park which is the most popular wildlife park in Sri Lanka where you can see most of the animals found in this country. Overnight stay in Tissamaharama.

Tissamaharama- Mirissa
After breakfast proceed to Mirissa. The afternoon can be spent on the breathtaking sandy beach. Overnight stay in Mirissa.

Mirissa
In the morning go whale watching. Then back to the hotel where you can relax, enjoy the sun and lie down on the soft white beach. Overnight stay in Mirissa.
Day10
Mirissa- Galle
After breakfast travel to Galle and on the way visit the Weligama stick fishing attraction and the Dondra lighthouse. In the afternoon visit the Galle Fort which is a well preserved fortified city built originally by the Dutch. Overnight stay in Galle.

Galle-Colombo
After breakfast drive to Colombo and on the way visit the turtle hatchery and Mithiygoda moon stone mine. Afternoon city tour of Colombo. Overnight stay in Colombo.

Colombo-airport
Drive to airport to meet your flight.
